Meanwhile, Iain, hailing from the UK, mastered the art of caramelising nuts right here in New Zealand, where he’s been perfecting his craft for many years. 

 

 Together, they bring a touch of Europe to New Zealand, combining tradition and expertise to create something truly special. Their caramelised nuts are made using authentic methods, ensuring a rich flavour that’s loved by adults and children alike.
