Our Honey Nut granola is a power packed granola.
It is great as a high energy top up for adventurers and athletes – or hungry teenagers! It is loaded with almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts and coconut – along with whole oats, buckwheat, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Despite it's name it is low in sugar, as we only use oragnic honey, and is slow digesting.
The word ‘granola’ is used in different ways in different countries, at Mumma Bear, we use granola to mean a very rich mix of goodies that can be used as a snack or a topping, and also makes a very substantial breakfast.
Our honey-nut granola has an exceptionally balanced nutrition profile, with good amounts of plant protein, healthy oils, slow digesting carbohydrates, and fibre.
