Contains mix of NZ grown whole oats, NZ grown spray free hazelnuts, buckwheat, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, NZ grown dried feijoas (sulphate free), organic coconut chips (sulphate free), raw honey, and olive oil. Contains no preservatives and no added refined sugar.  

Enjoy with yoghurt, milk or as a topping for a smoothie bowl.
