Chia pudding is a delicious option for anyone looking for a healthy, nutritious, and filling breakfast. It is made by mixing Chia Seeds with flavours add milk then chill. The Chia Seeds will swell and create a creamy amazing textured pudding. It can be eaten for breakfast, a snack or as a dessert. 

Chia Seeds are amazing little things that are high fibre, protein, omegas, and antioxidants.

Make unreal Chia Pudding super fast using our amazing Chia Pudding Mix. Reuse a small jar or bowl, add 3 tablespoons of Chia Pudding Mix, and 2/3 C of your preferred milk. Stir/Shake, leave for 2mins then stir/shake again. Chill for at least 2hours or overnight. Enjoy within 10days of making. 

I also love to add some granola and fruit with mine.
