Cold pressed oil with a divine walnut taste. Made from locally grown walnuts. Unrefined, unadulterated, and rich in naturally occurring antioxidants. Full of healthy poly unsaturated fatty acids, Omega 3 and Omega 6.

Perfect for blending into a dressing or drizzling over salads, pasta and vegetable dishes. Not recommended for frying and long cooking times at hight temperature. Best used raw.

Walnut oil is also ideal for body massage and skin care, high in vitamins, proteins and minerals; it is easily absorbed into the skin.
