Za’atar is a spice blend hero. Use as a seasoning over avocado or tomato. Mix with olive oil, drizzle over flatbread and lightly toast. Season meat and seafood before cooking. Toss vegetables or chickpeas with olive oil and za’atar before roasting. Make a dip by mixing za’atar with well drained Greek yoghurt. Stir into mashed potato or season baked potato wedges.
