Kia Kaha translates to stay strong in Te Reo Māori. Blended with wild harvested Mānuka, ginger, echinacea, lemon balm, rosehip, olive leaf and calendula petals. An essential tea for your collection to help lift your spirits when feeling a little low. All of these ingredients can aid in reducing flu or cold symptoms. If you want an extra hit of pure goodness, try adding a dollop of honey.

  1. 1-2 teaspoons per cup brewed for 3-5 minutes at 100 degrees.

  • Christchurch: $8.00
  • South Island Urban: $10.00
  • North Island Urban: $15.00

Please note that rural delivery incurs an additional charge of $3.00.

We aim for next-day processing and delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch. Please note that while most deliveries are 1-2 day, this timeframe is not guaranteed by the courier company. Rural deliveries may take an additional day or two, resulting in a total delivery time of 2-4 business days.
